1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, listing an event, purchasing a ticket or otherwise using EventTix, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

EventTix provides tools for event creation, ticket sales, QR-code generation, attendee verification, invitations and related event management services.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Event organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with applicable laws, honoring ticket purchases, issuing refunds where required and ensuring a safe experience for attendees.

5. Payments and fees

Ticket prices, platform fees and payment processing fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through integrated third-party gateways and are subject to their terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software on EventTix are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload for your events, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Prohibited activities

  • Fraudulent, misleading or illegal events.
  • Reselling tickets without authorization.
  • Attempting to disrupt or misuse the platform.
  • Harassing other users or attendees.

8. Limitation of liability

EventTix is not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees, event cancellations, or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform beyond the amount paid for our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
